Prices and currency
The prices and offers published on the website, expressed in Euro, do not include VAT or shipping costs, which, when applicable, will be added to the total amount due at the time the order is finalized.
- Italy: for orders that are billed and shipped within Italy, the VAT applied to the product is 22%.
Payment methods
The full payment for the goods must be made at the time of the order by selecting one of the available payment methods on the website. The order will be processed and fulfilled once payment has been received and registered in favor of Flexie. Flexie reserves the right not to accept any order in the absence of valid and actual payment; in such case, the order will be automatically canceled, and the Customer will be notified. Production and delivery times will be calculated from the date of payment receipt and print file approval.
During the purchase process, you can choose from the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card: we accept payments from all Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro credit or debit cards. When placing the order, simply enter a valid card number, security code, expiration date, and cardholder name in the provided fields.
- Google Pay: at checkout, simply click the Google Pay button, choose a payment method, and enter your shipping address to confirm your order. If you need more information, you can consult the official Google guide.

- Paypal: if you have a Paypal account, the transaction will be processed through your registered account. Otherwise, you can open a free Paypal account to securely link your bank account and cards, and pay for online purchases using your email address and password.
