The right of withdrawal does not apply to individuals making purchases for purposes related to their professional or business activities, or who request an invoice, as they are considered VAT-registered professionals.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements governed by these general terms and conditions of sale, in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 2, letter c of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right in the case of goods made to measure or clearly customized.
Since our pouches are made to order based on customer specifications (size, material, design), returns are not accepted due to a change of mind or errors attributable to the customer (e.g., typos in provided texts, incorrect format selection, etc.).
However, we are committed to providing a flawless experience: each order is carefully reviewed and approved with the customer before final printing, to ensure a perfect result.
