All pouches are made to measure. For this reason, refunds are not available in the case of a change of mind or modifications after order approval.
However, we highly value customer satisfaction. Therefore, if a return is approved due to a production issue, we will proceed with a refund. The amount will vary depending on the nature of the reported and agreed-upon issue. Alternatively, we may offer a reprint or a discount voucher for a new order.
