Order Processing Times
Once the payment and print file have been correctly received and approved, the order is processed by Flexie. We guarantee that order processing will begin within 24 working hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, to ensure the best possible service.
Order Shipping Times
Once the order has been processed, Flexie will arrange shipping through a professional courier company, which will automatically send the customer a tracking link to monitor the parcel at any time. Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity purchased and delivery takes 1–2 business days within Italy and 3–4 business days internationally, although timing may vary depending on the destination (e.g., islands and remote areas). Additionally, selected products include free shipping insurance.

Deliveries are made via Poste Italiane, SDA, UPS, and TNT couriers from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
During peak periods, such as holidays or Christmas, delivery times may be delayed.
Flexie will do everything possible to meet the stated deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure beyond its control (e.g., adverse natural events such as heavy snow, landslides, floods, national transportation strikes, customs blockages, road closures, war, acts of terrorism or sabotage, riots, trade embargoes, fires, gas leaks, government, tax or customs restrictions, shortages of raw materials, equipment, or energy, or labor disruptions at regional or national level). In the event of force majeure, any obligations that cannot be fulfilled will be considered automatically suspended, without penalty, for the duration of the force majeure.
