What is the maximum quantity that can be ordered online?
On our website you can purchase up to 50.000 pouches. However, you can get custom printed packaging and pouches for productions above this quantity. Simply request a custom quotation using the dedicated contact form.
How quickly can I receive the pouches?
Delivery times depend on the pouch format selected as the different formats are produced according to a weekly schedule. The various production steps are cadenced to ensure that the order arrives ready on the day of production.
To this end, we ask for cooperation with the customer in order to respect the days for sending the design and printing authorisation so that time can be optimised. We indicate the delivery conditions for each format.
The production days you can expect are as follows:
Formats 9×15 / 13×20 / 16×24:
Italy: 10 to 14 working days
International: 12 to 16 working days
Formats 12×18.5 / 18×27 / 8×13 / 14×22 / 22×29 / 7×12
Italy: 14 to 19 working days
Europe: 16 to 21 working days
Formats 9×18 / 18×21 / 16×21
Italy: 20 to 25 working days
International: 22 to 28 working days
The minimum and maximum depends on the day the order is confirmed. Please note that the order can only be sent into production if the following have been received: payment, graphics file and printing authorisation.

Is it possible to make repeated purchases on the platform?
Sure, it’s that simple! In order to optimise the purchase of custom digital printed packaging and pouches, in the order detail in your reserved area you have the possibility to quickly reprint an already purchased pouch configuration.
