This guide will walk you through ordering from Flexie in 6 simple steps.
Step 1: Configure Your Pouch
First things first, you need to choose the perfect pouch for your product. To do this, consider:
- Size: select the best fit for your needs. If you haven’t tried our pouches before, you can grab a sample kit for just €5.
- Material: pick the right material based on what you’re packaging (think durability, preservation, and protective barriers).
- Optional, choose the option that works for you::
- Resealable Zip: Ideal for keeping your product fresh between uses.
- Zip + Eurohole: Super practical for both use and easy display.
- Eurohole: Perfect for display racks.
- No optional, the simple, no-fuss choice..
- Corner Type: You can opt for more rounded corners instead of the standard pointed ones.
Step 2: Manage Your Artwork
Time to make your packaging unique!
- Your artwork file is the complete design for your pouch (front, back, and bottom gusset), which will be digitally printed in HD.
- Need to print pouches with different designs? With our multi-design printing, you can order from 2 to 20 different artworks in the same size, with custom quantities for each version (e.g., different tea flavors or snack varieties).

Step 3: Choose Your Production Priority
Depending on your needs, you can choose from three priority levels:
- Priority: Get your pouches in 9/10 business days. Our fastest option.
- Standard: Receive them in 12/13 business days and get a 15% discount on the base price.
- Relax: Perfect if you’re not in a rush, with delivery in 18/19 business days and a 20% discount.
Step 4: Add Extra Services
For an even more complete experience, you can select one or more additional services:
- Advanced Artwork Check: Request a review to make sure your design is correct and print-ready.
- Flexie Logo: Add it to get a 2% discount.
- Brand Usage Consent: Allow Flexie to feature your packaging on our channels for a 3% discount.
Step 5: Add to Cart
Double-check that all the information is correct and click “Add to Cart.” At this point, you can:
- Proceed to payment
- Configure a new pouch by clicking “Configure Your Pouch” in the top right
Step 6: Complete Payment
Almost there. Enter your billing and shipping details:
- If you’re a business: Select the corresponding option and enter your VAT number.
- If you’re an individual: Fill in the relevant fields.
- For EU customers: Make sure to enter a valid VAT number for the VIES system to zero out the VAT applied in the order summary.
After that:
- Register if you haven’t already, providing your email and password.
- Choose your preferred payment method and complete the purchase.
Order Completed: What Now?
After placing your order:
- You’ll see a confirmation page.
- You’ll receive a summary email.
- You’ll be able to access your personal area to:
- Track your order status
- Upload your print files
- Check your packaging details
